"The thing about songs with non-Engilsh lyrics is that sometimes we can't understand what in tarnation the singer is so passionate about. Luckily for Yoko, the vocal melodies are intriguing enough that we don't really need to know exactly what the words mean. She calls it an album of Tibetan Buddhist mantras and praises, and that's good enough for me. Her voice is a bit like Madonna's, that is to say, she's fully capable of pure enchantment. Melodies and instruments from Tibet and India blend with modern synth pads and guitar to create a truly captivating blend of East-meets-West new age tunes with a hint of soft pop that George Harrison would have loved. It's an intriguing blend of sounds and cultures and Yoko's entrancing voice is a pure pleasure to listen to."
